Girls’ Brigade

1st Ryton Girls' Brigade is a group for girls aged 4 to 13 years that meet weekly on Monday evenings (during term-term).

Sessions cost £7.50 per month.

At Girls' Brigade, sessions are varied and are always packed with a range of fun activities. This includes games, crafts, age-appropriate badge work and learning about faith. Girls' Brigade is a time when girls can meet with their friends, have fun and learn new skills.

Outside of weekly meetings, there are opportunities to go on trips and camps. Back in 2019, 1st Ryton GB enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Sunderland Empire to see Joseph and his Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Our group is run by a group of trained volunteers. The team have gone through a GB training programme and DBS checking process.

At GB, we always love to welcome new members and volunteers along to our sessions.
